The steps

How it works

  1. A partner rolls the ball across the top of the box (or play it off a wall).
  2. Open your body and strike first time toward the far corner.
  3. Take 10 from each side.
  4. Count shots on target.

Coaching point

Set your feet early, then guide it.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Rebound goals: a partner rolls the ball across and you finish first time. Two pairs play, each tracking its own goals.

Challenge

Levels: Less (slow roll), Core (medium), More (a new angle each time). Beat your own best out of 10.

Story

You are a goal-scoring superhero with only one touch to save the day.
