For coaches and trainers
Your team, your way. Free to run.
You do not need a club or an association to use SSTracker. Start your own team, bring in your families, and give your players a reason to keep training between practices. It is made for volunteer rec coaches, independent and travel team coaches, and private trainers and small academies who run a team.
Running a team is free, always · Player training is free for 30 days · No card needed
Why it matters
Kids stay for fun, friends and feeling they are getting better
Former players liked feeling not good enough least of anything in sport. Seen it lines checked for kind words, growth against each child’s own past, team goals and game sessions are built around what keeps them in.

What you get today
Everything here works in the app now
No roadmap promises on this page. Each card is something your team can use the day you start.
- 01
Run your team, free
Your roster, your schedule, messages to the team with a copy to parents, and team fees: add a fee, see who has paid by card, cash or check, and keep the team’s expenses in one place. It costs nothing to run, with no limit on players.
- 02
A Planner for the whole year
Plan the year, a season, an off-season, a month and the week in one place. Each week gets a theme and each practice a focus, and the research behind every suggestion is listed with its link.
- 03
Homework that follows practice
Set what the month’s practices work on, and when you give homework the plans that match this week’s practice come first, picked for each player’s position and age. What you coach on the field gets worked on again at home.
- 04
The Recognition Loop
When a player logs work at home, you tap “Seen it” and add one specific line of praise. Parents see the same words, so it is never a private message to a child, and a kind-words check stops discouraging words before anything is saved.
- 05
Parents and players on your side
Parents get an alert with your exact words for each homework drill and a part to play, never any contact. Players train real drills for their own sport, keep a weekly streak with rest days built in, and fill a sticker book they earn only by training.
- 06
Safety built in, not bolted on
Nothing is collected from a child until a parent consents. Staff write to the team with a copy to parents, never one to one with a child. Game stats wait before parents see them, and player data is never sold.
What it costs
Running the team is free. You pay only for what you choose to add.
Running your team
Free, always: roster, schedule, messages and team fees.
Team fees by card
Card payments go to your own Stripe account. SSTracker’s platform fee is 2.5% of each payment, plus Stripe’s own processing fee. Recording a fee paid in cash or by check is part of running the team.
Player training (Player OS)
The paid part, and only if you want it. It starts with a 30-day free trial and no card.
- Player OS Base Camp: $29 a month. Training for clubs of up to 30 players.
- Player OS Pro: $99 a month. Unlimited players.
Or a family can turn training on for its own player: $7.50 a month per player, or $12 a month for the whole household, with 14 days free.
Before you start
Every adult who coaches passes a background check first
Your team takes no families until you are cleared. Clearance is a background check, or a clearance your association or league already gave you, which is confirmed with that association before it counts. You can set your team up while you wait.
Read the clearance policyReady when your next practice is
Set up takes a minute, and you can add your families right after.
