Club management is free, forever. Here is what is paid, how money and background checks work, and how to move over one team at a time.
Yes. Club management is free forever: teams, rosters, coach invites, schedules, fields, registration and the parent and coach portals, with no seat limit. Three things cost money, and you choose them: Player OS training, the card fee on payments, and background checks at cost.
What is free, in fullFamilies pay the price you list, nothing on top. The club receives it minus 3.4% + 30¢ in total, card processing included: on a $150 registration the club receives $144.60. Cash and checks you record by hand cost nothing.
See the feesCard payments go straight to your club's own Stripe account, which handles refunds and card disputes. SSTracker never sees or stores card numbers.
How payments workA team takes no families until its coach is cleared: by a verified background check, or by an association or league clearance that you, the director, confirm in that association's own records. The club pays for checks at cost, the provider's price plus card processing, shown before you pay. A clearance ends on its date and has to be renewed.
Read the clearance policyYes. You can set up the club straight away (teams, coaches, billing), but it takes no families or players until its director is cleared: by a background check the club pays for, or an association clearance that SSTracker confirms with the association.
Read the clearance policyA flat monthly price, never per seat: Base Camp $29 a month (up to 30 players), Club $59 a month (up to 100 players), Pro $99 a month (unlimited players). Pay by the year and you pay for nine months (three months free). Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no card.
Compare the plansEither. The club can turn Player OS on for every player, or each family can turn it on for its own child for $7.50 a player or $12 a household a month. Club management stays free either way.
See both optionsYes. Choose "Pause for the off-season" in Money, then Plan and payouts: nothing is charged and training is off until you resume, and players keep everything they have earned. Your club tools stay free the whole time.
Plans and pausingYes. A coach or team admin adds how the team takes money, parents tap "I paid the team" and the coach confirms when it arrives. SSTracker takes nothing from money paid to the team directly.
Team payments in the help centerIt can: rosters, schedules, team messages and registration are free, and card payments carry one all-in fee. The comparison pages put SSTracker beside each tool with published prices and sources, so you can decide for yourself.
Compare youth sports appsYes. Start one team free, invite its families and keep your other tools as long as you like. Add teams when you are ready.
Start your club freeNo coach or staff member can send a private message to a child; coaches send team announcements and parents always get a copy. Every message is recorded, and a director can review the club's own message records while their clearance is current.
How we follow SafeSportA child under 13 has nothing collected until a parent verifies they are the parent, and every player under 18 needs a parent's approval. Player data is never sold, there are no ads or tracking software, and each team sees only its own players.
What we tell your parentsYes. In Operations, then Fields, find each park or school by address, outline each field on the satellite map and add notes such as parking. Each practice or game then shows parents its field and a Directions link.
