    Parental consent before a child's data, and a team takes no families until its coach is cleared.

What is paid

Three things cost money, and you choose them

Player OS training (optional)
The paid part: training at home with the coach and parents in it. Player OS Base Camp $29 a month, Player OS Club $59 a month, Player OS Pro $99 a month, never per seat, after a 30-day free trial with no card. Or a family turns it on for its own player at $7.50 a month.
Card payments
3.4% + 30¢ in total on each card payment, taken from what the club receives: on a $150 registration the club receives $144.60. Cash and checks recorded by hand cost nothing.
A coach's background check
Paid by the club at cost: the check provider's price plus the card processing on it, shown before you pay. A clearance the coach already has from their association or league costs nothing once the director confirms it.

Is SSTracker's team management really free forever?
Yes. Rosters, schedules, team messages, registration, parent and coach portals and the background-check and consent workflow are free for every club and team, always. Club management is never gated by a paid plan.
What do families pay for registration?
The price the club lists, nothing on top. The club receives it minus 3.4% + 30¢ in total, which covers card processing and SSTracker.
What does SSTracker charge for?
