What’s new

What changed in SSTracker

Newest first. Each update has a version number, so you can tell which one you have.

You are on version 5.2.0, build 5e5f21456.

  1. Version 5.2.0

Log how hard it really was

    Coaches

    • The effort your players log on your assignments is what they report, not a copy of your target.

    Players

    • When you log a session your coach set, you now choose your own effort from 1 to 10. It starts at your coach’s target, which stays on screen beside it.
    • Your alerts now open on a dark panel that is easy to read.
  2. Version 5.1.1

Your own drills show up in The Forge

    Coaches

    • The Drill Designer now offers your sport’s own skills as the focus, and a drill you save shows up in The Forge’s drill list for that skill, next to the built-in drills.
    • Drills you saved before today keep their old focus and stay in your team library. To use one in The Forge, make it again in the Designer and pick a skill.
  3. Version 5.1.0

Assignment alerts, a bell for players, and a smoother Forge

    Everyone

    • When a new version of SSTracker is ready, the app tells you and offers a Reload button.
    • If your account cannot load for a moment, you see a Try again screen instead of being sent back to setup.
    • Pages keep a proper margin on phones.

    Coaches

    • When you send an assignment from The Forge, your players and their parents now get an alert.
    • The Forge no longer shows an error when a player is listed twice on a roster or an assignment is active.
    • Your dashboard shows your sport’s icon at the top instead of a number.
    • At-home plans: at least seven for every position and age group, built from the drill library.

    Players

    • A new bell on your screen shows your alerts, like a new assignment from your coach.
    • With your parent’s OK and your notifications on, your phone also tells you about a new assignment, never during your quiet hours.

    Parents

    • You get an alert in your bell, and on your phone if notifications are on, when your player’s coach sends a new assignment.

    Club directors

    • Yearly plans: $290 a year for Base Camp and $990 a year for Pro, two months free.

    Platform admins

    • Global Users has separate tabs for parents, players and staff, a count on each tab, and each parent’s players in a drop-down.

    Website

    • A link to any public SSTracker page shared on LinkedIn, Facebook or in a text now shows that page’s own title and picture.
  4. Version 5.0.0

    SSTracker is live

    Everyone

    • SSTracker opened at sstracker.app: club management free for every club, and Player OS training for players.
