The steps

How it works

  1. Stand 15 feet from the net.
  2. Take wrist shots at the bottom left corner, then the bottom right.
  3. Take 15 at each.
  4. Count your hits.

Coaching point

Look at the corner, then shoot.

Safety: Keep your stick down and make sure the area around you is clear.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Target-corner game: two teams of two take turns shooting at corner targets. Each team counts only its own hits.

Challenge

Pick a target: Less (big), Core (medium), More (small). Beat your own best out of 10.

Story

You are a goal hunter, and each corner is a treasure chest.
