The steps

How it works

  1. Tap the top of the ball with alternate soles for 30 seconds.
  2. Roll the ball side to side under your sole for 30 seconds.
  3. Rest 30 seconds.
  4. Do 4 rounds and count taps in your best round.

Coaching point

Light feet, stay on your toes.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Dance floor: put on a song and do taps, rolls and drags until it ends. Partners teach each other a new move.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (slow), Core (steady), More (speed up). Beat your own best count in 20 seconds.

Story

You are a tap dancer on a tiny stage, and the ball is your dance floor.
