The steps

How it works

  1. Drop the ball onto your dominant foot and juggle it.
  2. Count touches; aim to beat your record.
  3. Add the other foot, then thighs.
  4. Do 5 attempts and record your best.

Coaching point

Small, soft touches. Eyes on the ball.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Keep-it-up team: you and a partner juggle in turns and add your best runs together. Can your pair top its own total?

Challenge

Beat your own best. Pick a level: Less (one bounce allowed), Core (feet only), More (feet and thighs).

Story

You are a street performer keeping the ball floating until the crowd stops clapping.

My best
