The steps

How it works

  1. Your partner passes from the side.
  2. Cushion the puck into the spot you shoot from.
  3. Shoot within one second.
  4. Take 20 shots, 10 from each side.

Coaching point

Catch it where you shoot it.

Safety: Keep your stick down and make sure the area around you is clear.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Challenge

Pick a target: Less (big), Core (medium), More (small). Beat your own best out of 10.

Story

You are a goal hunter, and each corner is a treasure chest.
