The steps

How it works

  1. Face your partner.
  2. They make a slow shape and you mirror it.
  3. Check together: same arms, same legs, same toes?
  4. Do 10 shapes, then switch leader.

Coaching point

Look, copy, check.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Form spotters: one shows the skill and the partner shares one thing they liked, like pointed toes or tight legs. Swap.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (shape only), Core (the skill), More (the skill with a held finish). Beat your own cleanest finish.

Story

You are a statue in a museum, perfectly still at the end.

My best

Beat your own count

Beat your own cleanest finish. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
