The steps

How it works

  1. Hum gently for 5 slow breaths.
  2. Slide your voice up and down like a siren on an "ooo".
  3. Say your cheer words softly, then at half volume.
  4. Sip water.

Coaching point

Warm up before you go loud.

Safety: Sip water and rest your voice between rounds. Stop if your throat hurts or your voice goes scratchy.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Gym follow-the-leader: one person leads a movement and the group copies. Swap the leader each time.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (slower or smaller), Core (as written), More (one extra twist). Aim for smooth form and compare only with your own last time.

Story

You are an explorer crossing the gym like a jungle.

My best

Beat your own count

Aim for smooth form and compare only with your own last time. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
