Voice to the Far Wall

Project your voice from your belly so a partner far away hears every word, without yelling from your throat.

The steps

How it works

  1. Your partner stands across the room or field.
  2. Take a belly breath and say your cheer toward them.
  3. Your partner tells you which words they missed.
  4. Do 6 rounds, resting your voice between.

Coaching point

Power from your belly, not your throat.

Safety: Sip water and rest your voice between rounds. Stop if your throat hurts or your voice goes scratchy.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Gym follow-the-leader: one person leads a movement and the group copies. Swap the leader each time.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (slower or smaller), Core (as written), More (one extra twist). Aim for smooth form and compare only with your own last time.

Story

You are an explorer crossing the gym like a jungle.

My best

Beat your own count

Aim for smooth form and compare only with your own last time. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
