The steps

How it works

  1. Set family members or stuffed animals across the room.
  2. Do a cheer and look at a new person each eight-count.
  3. Point to each side with big, confident energy.
  4. Do 6 cheers.

Coaching point

Left, middle, right.

Safety: Sip water and rest your voice between rounds. Stop if your throat hurts or your voice goes scratchy.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Crowd-leader game: each person leads a short cheer and the others copy, loud and clear. Everyone leads once.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (one line), Core (two), More (add a motion). Beat your own best clear voice.

Story

You are the voice of the stadium, and the crowd follows you.

My best

Beat your own count

Beat your own best clear voice. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
