The steps

How it works

  1. Make a flat platform by putting your hands together, thumbs side by side.
  2. Bump the balloon up with your forearms.
  3. Keep it going as long as you can.
  4. Play 3 rounds and beat your own count.

Coaching point

Flat arms, lift with your legs.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Pass-to-target pairs: a partner tosses or serves softly and you pass to a target. The pair counts good passes, then swaps.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (close), Core (medium), More (to a small target). Beat your own best out of 10.

Story

You are a mail carrier delivering the ball to the setter’s door.

My best

Beat your own count

Beat your own best out of 10. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
