The steps

How it works

  1. Make a small gate with 2 cones behind you, about 5 steps away.
  2. Your parent passes to you from in front.
  3. Open your body, take a touch to turn, and pass through the gate.
  4. Do 8 turning left and 8 turning right.

Coaching point

Open up, turn, then pass.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it
