The steps

How it works

  1. Make a triangle of three players or targets 8 yards apart.
  2. Pass, then move to the next spot after your pass.
  3. Use one touch when you can.
  4. Go 3 minutes without losing the ball.

Coaching point

Pass, move, show for the ball.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Triangle teams: two triangles play at once, and each team counts passes and moves to keep its count going. Each team compares itself with its own last round.

Challenge

Levels: Less (two touches), Core (pass and move), More (one touch). Beat your own best run of passes without a miss.

Story

You are a spider spinning a web, and every pass is a thread that connects the triangle.

My best

Beat your own count

Beat your own best run of passes without a miss. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
