The steps

How it works

  1. Your partner walks slowly across in front of you, 8 yards away.
  2. Pass the ball to the space just in front of them.
  3. They stop it and pass it back.
  4. Do 20 passes, 10 with each foot.

Coaching point

Pass to where they are going.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Moving target: pass ahead of a walking partner so the ball meets them. The pair earns a point for each ball that reaches their feet, then swap.

Challenge
