The steps

How it works

  1. Pick 3 or 4 combinations, for example step-over into la croqueta into a drag-back.
  2. Do each for 45 to 60 seconds at game speed, 30 seconds rest.
  3. Then 2 rounds of 60 seconds where your parent calls the move.
  4. Look up between touches.

Coaching point

Match speed, eyes up between touches.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Combo cards: make up a three-move combo, teach it to a partner and learn theirs. Swap and chain them together.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (three moves slowly), Core (three at pace), More (four with a call). Beat your own cleanest chain.

Story

You are a secret agent who unlocks the vault with a combination of moves.
