How it works

  1. Pass to the wall from 5 steps, sometimes hard, sometimes soft, sometimes off the bounce.
  2. Receive across your body, away from the wall, into space.
  3. Change the distance or the pace every set.
  4. Do 4 to 6 sets of 60 seconds.

Every touch sets up the next action.
