The steps

How it works

  2. Sweep the puck and point your blade at the target.
  3. Cushion the return by giving with your stick.
  4. Do 40 passes.

Coaching point

Sweep it, do not slap it.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Story

You are a pair of dolphins playing catch across the bay.

My best
