The steps

How it works

  1. List one skill to grow and one to keep.
  2. Split your time: putting, short game, full swing.
  3. Add a rest day and a fun game day.
  4. Check it with a coach or parent.

Coaching point

Plan it, enjoy it.

Safety: At home, use only foam or plastic balls and swing only in a clear space with nothing breakable nearby.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Routine game: make a short routine (breath, aim, swing) and teach it to your partner. Swap, and notice how calm it feels.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (one breath), Core (full routine), More (the routine after a miss). Beat your own calmest routine.

Story

You are a pilot running through the pre-flight checks.

My best

Beat your own count
