The steps

How it works

  1. Hold the club in your fingers, not your palm.
  2. Bend forward from your hips and let your arms hang.
  3. Check your posture in a mirror.
  4. Set up 10 times and check each one.

Coaching point

Hips back, arms hang.

Safety: At home, use only foam or plastic balls and swing only in a clear space with nothing breakable nearby.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Green-target game: two teams of two take turns aiming at hula-hoop greens, standing well apart. Each team counts only its own hits.

Challenge

Pick a hoop: Less (big), Core (medium), More (small). Beat your own best out of 10.

Story

You are a pilot landing a plane on the right runway.

My best

Beat your own count

Beat your own best out of 10. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
