The steps

How it works

  1. Think of your three best shots today.
  2. Write or draw each one.
  3. Add one word for how it felt.
  4. Read your diary before the next practice.

Coaching point

Remember the good ones.

Safety: At home, use only foam or plastic balls and swing only in a clear space with nothing breakable nearby.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Routine game: make a short routine (breath, aim, swing) and teach it to your partner. Swap, and notice how calm it feels.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (one breath), Core (full routine), More (the routine after a miss). Beat your own calmest routine.

Story

You are a pilot running through the pre-flight checks.

My best

Beat your own count
