The steps

How it works

  1. Stand behind the ball and pick a target.
  2. Take one practice swing.
  3. Step in, look once at the target, and swing.
  4. Do your routine 15 times the same way.

Coaching point

Same steps, every shot.

Safety: At home, use only foam or plastic balls and swing only in a clear space with nothing breakable nearby.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Routine game: make a short routine (breath, aim, swing) and teach it to your partner. Swap, and notice how calm it feels.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (one breath), Core (full routine), More (the routine after a miss). Beat your own calmest routine.

Story

You are a pilot running through the pre-flight checks.
