The steps

How it works

  1. Make a fist with your thumb on the outside.
  2. Hold it so your wrist is straight with your arm.
  3. Hit a T, then a touchdown, keeping your wrists locked.
  4. Do 20 hits.

Coaching point

Straight line knuckles to elbow.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Motion mirror: a leader calls the motions and the group copies, sharp and together. Swap leaders each round.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (slow), Core (steady), More (to the music). Beat your own sharpest set of motions.
