The steps

How it works

  1. Stand tall in front of a mirror.
  2. Hit a high V, a low V and a T, holding each for 2 counts.
  3. Check that your arms are straight and slightly in front of you.
  4. Do 10 rounds.

Coaching point

Hit and hold, no wobble.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Motion mirror: a leader calls the motions and the group copies, sharp and together. Swap leaders each round.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (slow), Core (steady), More (to the music). Beat your own sharpest set of motions.
