The steps

How it works

  1. Tap the balloon up with your hand.
  2. Keep it in the air using different body parts.
  3. Count how many taps before it lands.
  4. Play together and count as a team.

Coaching point

Light taps, watch it.

Safety: Clear the space of furniture with sharp corners.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Balloon team: keep one balloon up together, taking turns hitting it with different parts of the body.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (hands), Core (hands and feet), More (feet only). Beat your own best run.

Story

You are keeping a magic cloud from touching the ground.
