The steps

How it works

  1. Make a triangle with your thumbs and first fingers above your forehead.
  2. Toss the ball, catch it in that shape.
  3. Push it straight up and catch again.
  4. Do 30 reps.

Coaching point

Hands at your forehead, elbows out.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Setting triangle: a trio sets the ball around the triangle and counts sets in a row, trying to beat its own last round.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (catch and set), Core (set), More (set to the weaker side). Beat your own longest run.

Story

You are a gardener passing the flower from hand to hand without dropping a petal.

My best

Beat your own count

Beat your own longest run. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
