The steps

How it works

  1. Hold your hands up in a window shape.
  2. Push the balloon up with all ten fingers.
  3. Keep it up as long as you can.
  4. Try 3 rounds and beat your own count.

Coaching point

All ten fingers.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Setting triangle: a trio sets the ball around the triangle and counts sets in a row, trying to beat its own last round.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (catch and set), Core (set), More (set to the weaker side). Beat your own longest run.

Story

You are a gardener passing the flower from hand to hand without dropping a petal.

My best

Beat your own count

Beat your own longest run. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
