The steps

How it works

  1. Hold your hands above your forehead in a window shape.
  2. Set to yourself twice and catch.
  3. Then 3 in a row, then 4, up to 10.
  4. Start again when the ball drops.

Coaching point

Window above the forehead.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Setting triangle: a trio sets the ball around the triangle and counts sets in a row, trying to beat its own last round.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (catch and set), Core (set), More (set to the weaker side). Beat your own longest run.

Story

You are a gardener passing the flower from hand to hand without dropping a petal.

My best

Beat your own count

Beat your own longest run. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
