The steps

How it works

  1. A partner tosses balls off the net and to your sides.
  2. Move, square to your target and set to the outside antenna.
  3. Aim for a set a little inside the antenna.
  4. Do 15 sets.

Coaching point

Square to target, then set.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Setting triangle: a trio sets the ball around the triangle and counts sets in a row, trying to beat its own last round.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (catch and set), Core (set), More (set to the weaker side). Beat your own longest run.

Story

You are a gardener passing the flower from hand to hand without dropping a petal.

My best

Beat your own count

Beat your own longest run. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
