The steps

How it works

  1. Jog one lap thinking only about loose shoulders.
  2. Walk half a lap.
  3. Jog another lap thinking about quiet feet.
  4. Do 3 laps in total.

Coaching point

Loose up top, light below.

Safety: Drink water before and after, run in the cool part of the day, and stop if you feel dizzy. Thunder or lightning: go inside now and wait 30 minutes after the last one.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Chatty run: run with a friend or a parent and tell stories. If you can talk, you are at the right pace.

Challenge

Pick a time: Less (5 minutes), Core (8), More (12). Compare only with your own last run.

Story

You are on a gentle adventure to find the best view.

My best

Beat your own count

Compare only with your own last run. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
