The steps

How it works

  1. Player A passes into B, who faces A.
  2. C runs past B as the ball travels.
  3. B plays a one-touch pass into the space ahead of C.
  4. Do 20 combinations and rotate roles every 5.

Coaching point

Time the run to the second pass.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Trio game: three players pass, set and run to complete a combination into a small goal. Each trio counts its own completed plays.

Challenge

Levels: Less (walk through), Core (jog), More (one-touch set). Beat your own best.

Story

You are a relay of pigeons: the message gets passed on and the last one delivers it.

My best

Beat your own count

Beat your own best. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
