The steps

How it works

  1. Hold one ball in each hand facing a wall.
  2. Throw with the right, then the left, catching each on the rebound.
  3. Find a steady rhythm.
  4. Count clean pairs out of 20.

Coaching point

Rhythm first.

Safety: Throw only into clear space or a solid wall, with nobody in the way. Use a soft or light ball.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Rhythm wall: take turns with a two-ball rhythm and add one move to the pattern each round.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (one ball), Core (two, slow), More (two, quicker). Beat your own best.

Story

You are a circus star on stage.
