The steps

How it works

  1. Ask a parent or coach to film three of your skills.
  2. Watch each one slowly with them.
  3. Find one form break in each, like bent knees or flexed feet.
  4. Pick one fix to try at your next practice.

Coaching point

One fix at a time.

Safety: Film only on a parent's or the club's device, with a parent's OK, never in a changing area, and never post it online.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Form spotters: one shows the skill and the partner shares one thing they liked, like pointed toes or tight legs. Swap.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (shape only), Core (the skill), More (the skill with a held finish). Beat your own cleanest finish.

Story

You are a statue in a museum, perfectly still at the end.

My best

Beat your own count

Beat your own cleanest finish. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
