The steps

How it works

  1. With your coach, list the warm-ups you need for each event.
  2. Decide how many of each skill you will do.
  3. Add one calm breathing step before your turn.
  4. Practice the full plan once at training.

Coaching point

Same plan, calm mind.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Form spotters: one shows the skill and the partner shares one thing they liked, like pointed toes or tight legs. Swap.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (shape only), Core (the skill), More (the skill with a held finish). Beat your own cleanest finish.

Story

You are a statue in a museum, perfectly still at the end.

My best

Beat your own count

Beat your own cleanest finish. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
