The steps

How it works

  1. Hit a full tee shot.
  2. Finish with your belt buckle facing the target and your back heel up.
  3. Hold that pose until the ball lands.
  4. Hit 15 and count the finishes you held.

Coaching point

Pose until it lands.

Safety: Keep everyone clear before every swing: look in front and behind, and make sure no one is within two club lengths. Swing only where a coach or parent says it is safe.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Course follow-the-leader: one person leads a gentle movement and the group copies, standing well apart. Swap the leader each time.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (slower or smaller), Core (as written), More (one extra twist). Aim for smooth form and compare only with your own last time.

Story

You are an explorer crossing the course like a jungle.

My best

Beat your own count

Aim for smooth form and compare only with your own last time. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
