The steps

How it works

  1. Pick 2 to 4 words of cheer.
  2. Write big, thick letters in a dark color.
  3. Hold it up across the room: can a parent read it?
  4. Make 2 signs.

Coaching point

Big letters, few words.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Crowd-leader game: each person leads a short cheer and the others copy, loud and clear. Everyone leads once.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (one line), Core (two), More (add a motion). Beat your own best clear voice.

Story

You are the voice of the stadium, and the crowd follows you.

My best
