The steps

How it works

  1. Tape a square on the wall at head height.
  2. Stand 4 big steps away with the ball above your forehead.
  3. Step and snap your wrists to hit the square.
  4. Do 20 passes and count the hits.

Coaching point

Ball above your head, snap the wrists.

Make it fun

Play it, don't drill it

Game version

Pass-and-cut trio: three players pass and cut to a new spot, and the trio counts passes in a row to beat its own last round.

Challenge

Pick a level: Less (stand and pass), Core (pass and cut), More (one-touch passes). Beat your own best.

Story

You are a conductor, and every pass is a note in the music.

My best
