Set up
Step off a low box, landing on both feet.
Core: As written. Aim for smooth form and compare only with your own last time.
The steps
Coaching point
Spend as little time on the ground as you can.
Safety: Ages 13 and up, only with a coach watching. Use a sturdy box no higher than about 12 inches, and stop the set when your landings get loud or your knees cave in. Stop if your knees or ankles hurt.
Make it fun
Game version

Challenge
Pick a level: Less (slower or smaller), Core (as written), More (one extra twist). Aim for smooth form and compare only with your own last time.
Story
You are an explorer crossing the court like a jungle.
My best
Aim for smooth form and compare only with your own last time. Only your own number counts: today against last time.
