Five steps

From first client to a full week

  1. Decide who you train, and where

    One sport, an age range you enjoy coaching, and a space you can count on: a park, a gym, a driveway. Small groups of two to five can lower the price for each family.

  2. Get background-checked first

    Most parents want it (the numbers are below). On SSTracker you are listed only once your check is current.

  3. Set your rate

    Start from what trainers with your experience charge where you live, and price group sessions per athlete.

  4. Take bookings and card payments

    Families pay your listed price, nothing on top, into your own Stripe account; you receive it minus 3.4% + 30¢ in total, card processing included.

  5. Keep it positive

    Compare each athlete only with their own past, and give the family one thing to practice before next time.
