Set up
Get in a push-up position.
Core: As written. Aim for smooth form and compare only with your own last time.
The steps
Coaching point
Body straight, small hand steps.
Safety: Partner holds the ankles low and walks slowly. Stop if your wrists or shoulders hurt. Pair with a partner of similar size and age. Skin check first: no partner work with a rash, sore or cold sore until a doctor clears it. Clean the mat before you start and shower after.
