Set up
Start in a push-up with your feet against the wall.
Core: As written. Aim for smooth form and compare only with your own last time.
The steps
Coaching point
Small steps, tight middle.
Safety: Use a clear wall with a soft mat under your hands. Warm up your wrists first and stop if they hurt. Come down by stepping one foot at a time. Have a grown-up nearby.
Make it fun
